Captain's corner: Ladies - February 2020

February 2020 Captain's corner: Ladies Dearest Bak Ladies Firstly, I would like to welcome all the new ladies in the club. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and to cheer you on. Good luck with all your training and goals this year. January was full of drama in the race department and the Cape Doctor working its magic. Looking ahead to February, it will be quite a busy month ahead. Loads of wonderful runs and hard training. To those doing the Peninsula Half and Full Marathon, I would like to wish you a wonderful race. Good luck with that last bit of preparation. It is almost time for our very own Dan Luyt race and I would like to thank everyone who has already signed up to marshall or volunteer in whatever way. You guys are awesome, and I know that it will be a successful race. We are still a few volunteers short so please come and help us out , we will truly appreciate it.
