July 2019: Chairman's update July Chairman’s update To all our fellow BAK Members. We are in the middle of winter and I hope that the cold and rain is not keeping you from training. I am pleased to report that our number of members has increased again, we are currently on 370 members, this is the most that the club has ever had, thank you all for being part of our amazing club. Well done to all our 2019 Comrades runners, we had a total of 40 runners finishing on the day with quite a few brilliant performances, a special congratulations to the following members who reached special milestone, Frik Nelson completed his 20 th Comrades, Geoff Lee and Lionel Cronje completed their 10 th Comrades, we are very proud of all of you!
