Captains Corner: Ladies - April 2019 April Captains corner: Ladies Bak Ladies, Firstly, I want to sincerely thank Maryke Treurnich for everything that she has done for the ladies and I wish her good luck for the future. Many happy kilometres on the road Maryke! I am humbled to serve as your ladies captain and I would like to become involved with you and offer support and motivation. My aim is to create a happy running community amongst the ladies where we can support and motivate each other and build strong friendships. To that end, the Sunday ladies run is once again up and running and is growing in numbers each week. There will be a run each Sunday, weather permitting.
