2019 SGM Notice is hereby given that the full Bellville committee hereby calls for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to take place on: Thursday, 15 August 2019 Bellville Club House 19h30 This Special General Meeting has been called to discuss the following matters; · Reasons for the formation of the New club; · Adoption of new club constitution; · Voting for the new club name; · Voting for Interim club committee; Only the above matters will be allowed for discussion at this Special General Meeting. If you are unable to attend the SGM, please complete the proxy letter to nominate a fellow member to vote on your behalf.
