Strapping by Rina - every Thursday

One of our club members - Rina van der Merwe, who is a qualified Physiotherapist, will be available at the Time Trial from 17h30 - 19h30 starting this Thursday 4 April at the club for taping of joints, muscles and ligaments. Cost will be as follows: If you bring your own tape: R50 for 1 area/joint R80 for 2 areas R100 for more than 2 areas Rina's tape: R80 for 1 area/joint R100 for 2 areas R120 for more than 2 areas Please note that the tape will not stick onto hairy areas, so for the men - you will need to shave!
