2019 AGM Notice

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 14 March 2019 at the Bellville Clubhouse. You will receive the final agenda, nomination list, proxy forms and financial statements in a separate email to review before the AGM. Please participate - this is your club. Management Committee Nominations The following positions are vacated: Chairperson Club Secretary / License Official Treasurer / Assistant Treasurer Communication Events Co-ordinator Men’s Captain Please nominate a club member who you know to have the necessary skills and time to be of service to the club. You may also nominate a member to contest any of the other positions on the committee. Nominations must be received by 12 March 2019.
